John talks with his longtime friend, Loren Gissible ("Lo"), who is a father of two and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). What initially was going to be a talk about "how parents are talking to kids about mass shootings" turned into a more broad and deeper conversation about handling our own stuff (fears, anxiety, stressors, triggers, etc.) as the way to help our kids manage theirs. He literally drops science about child psychology and addiction. Plus, he shares "what he's into" and a Dad Moment.
