This episode of Degree of Experience we discuss how we keep a healthy and positive mindset in the midst of a negatively seeming world. Due to the nature of this topic it led to discussions of politics and world events, including COVID-19. Listener discretion is advised.

My official stance on issues surrounding COVID-19 is that any health decisions should be made between an individual and a certified doctor.
