Today's topic : Reframing Discipline and Boundaries
In this episode we discusses the importance of setting boundaries as a way to support our children's needs and provide a safe container, rather than simply enforcing rules for the sake of it and explore the need to question our expectations and choose boundaries that truly matter to us and our children, rather than those influenced by societal norms and we also address the idea of lowering demands when necessary and not panicking when boundaries need to be adjusted.
