40 - I'm at War with My HOA, Again

Earlier this week, I woke up to an anonymous note in my driveway complaining about my black flag. Now I'm officially at war with my neighbors. However we think that the entire HOA could be behind it, so I'm going to war with them too. This isn't the first time I've tangled with my HOA and I'm sure it won't be the last. But somebody has to put the fear of god into these monsters.
