92 - Can Communism and the US Constitution Coexist? with Peter Serifen

Peter is a Patriot Academy Constitution Coach and instructor for Institute on the Constitution. He has authored four books. He also writes a weekly op-ed article on his Substack. We discussed a recent interview on the Jimmy Dore Show featuring Jackson Hinkle. Jackson is a member of The Communist Party of America, and he claims to believe in the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. So I had to get Peter on to explain why these competing ideologies aren't compatible, and how they can not coexist. Unfortunately we didn't play the final video where he states that he believes in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but it wasn't really necessary.
