Grace and Peace 03 - Grace, not Religion w/ Raph Fernandes

As we refocus on the subject of grace, understand that Christianity is all about grace, not religion. While religions are based on human efforts, Christianity is about a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The central message is that salvation comes through faith in Jesus, not through following rituals or laws. Grace transforms believers from within and brings peace, while religion can lead to shame and condemnation. Be encouraged, focus on the transformative power of grace and the new birth it brings.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (NLT) God [saves] you by his grace when you [believe]. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
